1074 Hz Frequency Retreat Offerings!

Imagine a world where there is only divine love for all.

We will be practicing yoga, meditation, healthy food options, intermittent fasting for 13-16 hours, along with guided relaxing outdoor activities that promote connection to Mother Nature. If you're not open to at least trying these methods, then this might not be the program for you. 

Prices include all activities and lunch during the day. Dinner while camping will also be included.

For the Waterfall, Host Springs, Crater Lake and Redwood/Ocean trip basic camping gear will be required/provided like: water, tent, sleeping bag, pillow, ground mat, eating utensils, and other necessary gear. Please ask if there are any special request. You are also more than welcome to bring any camping gear you have that will make yourselves comfortable. 

For the Colorado retreats dinner and lunch will also be provided Friday and Saturday. We will have lunch Sunday before we end the retreat. There will always be meat, vegetarian, or vegan options with every meal. You should book your stay with AirBnB to stay at the Sunlight Mountain Inn; for this is where most the activities will be held. 

Ask about a sliding scale option for those who financially qualify.
